Ihre Aufgaben Key Account Verkäufer für zugeordnete Kunden im Vertriebsgebiet Deutschland/Benelux/Schweiz Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Kalkulationen, Angebotsabgabe und -verfolgung sowie After-Sales Mangement Realisierung von kundenbezogenen Zielabsatz-volumen Erstellung und periodische Kontrolle der Jahresplanung Erstellung, Dokumentation und Verteilung von Besuchsberichten sowie Pflege der Stammdaten Debitorenmanagement der Einzelkunden gemeinsam mit der Finanzbuchhaltung und ggf Vertriebsleitung Reklamationsabwicklung gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Qualitätsstellen Ihr Profil Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vertrieb von (bandverzinkten) Flachstahlprodukten, z.B in einem Stahl Service Center wären von Vorteil Selbständige, ehrgeizige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, starke Kundenorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP/R3 wären wünschenswert Teamplayer im Zusammenspiel mit Kollegen aus dem Backoffice, SCM und den WerkenReisebereitschaft
