Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough testing of new features to meet requirements and uphold long-term quality standards.
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Define key business flows for automation developer-written tests.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to investigate issues and provide usability feedback.
  • Partner with the support team to understand customer pain points and refine testing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest product features to align QA processes with ongoing developments.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in QA with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning new technologies and methodologies.
  • Critical Thinking: Detail-oriented mindset for comprehensive testing and meticulous bug reporting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to embrace changes in product requirements and QA processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database queries and data integrity validation; solid understanding of web technologies and architecture.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java) and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, etc.).
