AUFGABEN

Die Einheit Quality Assurance der regionalen Geschäftseinheit "Home Care, I&I and Industrial Formulators Europe" unterstützt externe wie auch interne Kunden bei allen Belangen und Fragen zur Qualität der Verkaufsprodukte, technischer Dokumentation und chemischer Zusammensetzung. Als eine der wichtigsten Schnittstellen zwischen Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain und der Produktion sind wir in fast alle Prozesse und Projekte eingebunden und sind erster Ansprechpartner, wenn es um die Qualität unserer Verkaufsprodukte geht.

  • In Ihrer neuen Rolle als Teamleitung unserer Einheit Quality Assurance Surfactants stellen Sie die Einhaltung von Qualitätsversprechen für die Geschäftseinheit Home Care, I&I und Industrial Formulators Europe sowie die Erfüllung von operativen Aufgaben und Projekten im Zusammenhang mit Surfactants für Dritte und die BASF-Gruppe sicher.
  • Dabei übernehmen Sie die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams "Quality Assurance Surfactants, Rohstoffe und Transfers" sowie die disziplinarische Führung eines Labors am Standort Düsseldorf.
  • Sie verantworten Qualifizierungen, Risikobewertungen und die Datenpflege von nicht zentral verwalteten Rohstoffen und koordinieren alle Anfragen zur Qualität von Surfactants für unsere Kunden und Transferpartner.
  • Weiterhin agieren Sie als Ansprechperson für die Produktion bei qualitätsrelevanten Veränderungen und im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess.
  • Nicht zuletzt steuern Sie eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Tools in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit einem naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Schwerpunkt
  • mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
  • umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, von Analysemethoden und von den Prozessabläufen in einem Labor
  • geschulter Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Standardanwendungen
  • analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein innovatives und proaktives Denken und Handeln
  • fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
