Wir haben eine Partnerschaft mit einem spannenden, auf KI-basierenden Kundendienst-Softwareunternehmen in Deutschland geschlossen und freuen uns, sie bei der Suche nach einem Technical Support Engineer zu unterstützen, um ihr neues KI-basiertes Produkt aufzubauen:


Deine Aufgaben:


  • Werde ein integraler Bestandteil unseres "Customer Care"-Teams und fungiere als Hauptansprechpartner (m/w/d) für technische und anwendungsspezifische Supportanfragen unserer renommierten Kunden.
  • Bearbeite Kundenanfragen effizient über Jira, E-Mail oder Telefon.
  • Klassifiziere und bearbeite Anfragen eigenständig und arbeite eng mit Kunden und Fachabteilungen zusammen, um erfolgreiche und lösungsorientierte Ergebnisse zu gewährleisten.
  • Führe Installationen, projektbezogene Konfigurationen und Schulungen im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten durch.


Qualifikationen:


  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung in einem Software- oder IT-Unternehmen, idealerweise in einer Support- oder ähnlichen Rolle.
  • Begeisterung für technische Themen und eine Vorliebe für eigenständiges Arbeiten.
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in gesprochenem und geschriebenem Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
