Die KINTO Europe GmbH ist ein Joint Venture zwischen der Toyota Financial Services Corporation mit Hauptsitz in Nagoya, Japan, und Toyota Motor Europe mit Hauptsitz in Brüssel, Belgien. Das Unternehmen wurde 2018 mit dem Ziel gegründet, eine europäische Basis für zukünftige Mobilitätsdienstleistungen zu schaffen, indem es Full-Service-Leasing und Mobilitätsprodukte/-dienstleistungen anbietet. KINTO hat Niederlassungen in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern, darunter Deutschland, Großbritannien, Frankreich, Italien, Spanien und Portugal.
Die KINTO Deutschland GmbH, als neue Gesellschaft des Toyota-Konzerns, bringt innovative und moderne Mobilitätslösungen zusammen. KINTO bietet als Mobilitätsunternehmen verschiedene Mobilitätsservices und -produkte an, diese reichen vom gewerblichen Leasing bis hin zum flexiblen Auto-Abo. In Deutschland startete KINTO mit den Produkten KINTO One und KINTO Flex. KINTO One steht für maßgeschneiderte Lösungen im Segment des gewerblichen Full-Service-Leasings von Fahrzeugen und bei KINTO Flex handelt es sich um ein flexibles Auto-Abonnement mit kurzen Laufzeiten. Zudem bietet die KINTO eine smarte Pendlerlösung für nachhaltige Mobilität an.
- Erstellung von Prozessdokumentation und Schulungsmaterialien
- Überwachung und Erstellung von Reports über das Organisationshandbuch und das Qualitätsmanagement
- Teilnahme an Workshops und Meetings zur Prozessaufnahme und -verbesserung
- Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessmanagementpraktiken und -tools
- Beitrag zu einem verbesserten Qualitätsmanagementreporting
- Einbindung zusätzlicher Qualitätsmanagement-Berichtspunkte zur weiteren Optimierung
- Du bist noch mindestens ein Jahr eingeschriebene/r Student/in eines Studiengangs wie Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt, idealerweise mit Prozessmanagement-Tools und -Methoden
- Du hast ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit
- Du hast ein Auge für Details und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Du hast keine Berührungsängste mit technischen Themen
- Im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) bist du sicher
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
