Phlair unleashes CO2's potential throughbreakthrough innovation. We rapidly deploy Direct Air Capturetechnology, facilitating the removal and reuse of CO2 atscale.

For decades, fossil fuels served as thebackbone and feedstock of our economy – with the downside ofpolluting our atmosphere. We invert this equation by developing acost-efficient and scalable electrochemical DirectAir Capture (DAC) technology. We have cracked thenut here by developing a breakthrough hydrolizer for acid/baseregeneration, allowing us to capture CO2 from ambient air foreither permanent storage or as a precursor for CO2-negativechemicals. For this, we collaborate with leading customers likeFrontier Climate, Stripe, Shopify andKlarna.

Whatyou’ll need

Hard skills that arenecessary

  • Youhave a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or EnvironmentalSciences
  • You bring 5+ years of experience inpartnerships, policy advocacy, public funding, or businessdevelopment within the climate tech, energy, or relatedsectors
  • You have strong technical acumen withthe ability to understand and communicate complex technologyeffectively
  • You possess knowledge of publicfunding mechanisms and grant applicationprocesses

Soft skillsthat are necessary
  • Youcan communicate complex technical phenomena in simple words inGerman and English
  • You have exceptionalrelationship-building and negotiation skills across diversestakeholder groups
  • You bring the ability tooperate at both strategic and operational levels, from leadinghigh-stakes negotiations to executinginitiatives

  • Build andsustain long-term partnerships with our industrial clients,marketplaces, public funding bodies, and industryleaders

  • Leadend-to-end partnership processes, including creating businesscases, navigating negotiations, and securingagreements
