- Capture, prioritize, and coordinate NE4 and densifications requests.
- Act as a central point of contact with internal departments, customers, and external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality project implementation and continuous process optimization.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor NE3/NE4 processes, aligning with the realization manager for effective project execution.
- Manage escalation of any arising issues, providing regular reporting and status updates for management.
- Develop action plans to address project challenges and deliver all Densification and NE4 KPIs.

**Your profile**:

- Completed apprenticeship or degree in IT or a related field.
- Prior experience in telecommunications or related industry with a strong understanding of the technical aspects.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in NE4, densifications and WoWi domain.
- Stay up to date on current developments in NE4 technologies and densifications projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in English and German.
