We are looking for a Local Shops Head of Commercial, Foodora Europe​ (f/m/d) to join our Regional European Team in our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin.


As part of the Regional Shops team, your primary focus will be on formulating and implementing strategic plans to maximise sales, revenue growth, and profitability. You will collaborate closely with local teams, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and lead a high-performing commercial team to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with top KA regionally
  • Create a strategy to increase the portfolio of our Partners
  • Get feedback from our top partners and translate it into product, and marketing improvements
  • Define the processes and guidelines so that local teams can increase our partners’ sales.
  • Work on defining a new process structure to scale Shops regionally
  • Work closely with our Local team’s department to scale and guarantee growth


What we expect from you:

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior role, involving team management, commercial strategy, and P&L ownership
  • Experience managing and inspiring people
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Analytical mindset but with excellent execution skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking, including structuring complex problems and prioritising effectively. Proactive, organised, and obsessed with details
