For our European headquarter in Munich, we are looking for a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for market and sales strategy and technical solution. Establish a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth. Drive “hunter” mentality within sales team to find new business opportunities in areas of the customer’s business where we are not engaged.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales of analog IC products of designated customers. Drive the opportunity to revenue stream in collaborations with agent resources.
- Responsible for data collection and analysis of local market.
- Effectively develop networks with existing and potential customers to identify and win new business. Responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships and on-going sales-related initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Actively support sales management team with analysis for strategic views. Responsible for collecting marketing information and other business priorities.
- Promptly support the team managements for backup and responsiveness to all customers, including status of complaints/problems, special deals, follow-up with customers’ orders, etc.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 2+ Years of experience in chip product sales in the electronic industry, and customer experience in the field of communication and automobile is preferred.
- Strategic thinker who takes a systematic approach to solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving company goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Be able to travel from national, regional and international perspective
