  • Project Leadership and Consulting Expertise: You play a crucial role in guiding clients through all stages of their projects, from setting the initial vision to outlining specific roadmaps and implementing transformation programs. You are adept at navigating complex challenges and crafting clear business cases.
  • Strategic Development and Analysis: In your capacity as a lead consultant, you are instrumental in shaping business strategies with a holistic view that incorporates customer, organizational, and technological aspects. You offer actionable recommendations by analyzing the interplay between business objectives, customer insights, technology, media, and processes, benefiting both national and international clients.
  • Team Leadership and Project Management: You confidently lead cross-functional teams through major and international projects and pitches, consistently focusing on delivering value to the client.
  • Thought Leadership in Business Transformation: You are recognized by clients as a thought leader in the field of business transformation, bringing enthusiasm and professional assurance to your role.
  • Service Development and Collaboration: You work alongside a team of seasoned strategy consultants to continuously enhance our business consulting offerings.
  • Comprehensive Advisory Services: With a deep understanding of organizational structures, operating models, technology, and commercial strategy, you provide comprehensive advice on sales, marketing, and communication strategies. Your strategic acumen also extends to positioning companies, brands, and individuals effectively.


General - Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field. Advanced qualifications like a Ph.D. or MBA are advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: You bring 5-7 years of experience in strategic consulting, whether in a professional services firm, industry, a startup, or a well-known consultancy.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and persuasion abilities, with a confident presence at the executive level.
  • Strategic and Analytical Expertise: You possess deep knowledge of strategy development, bolstered by practical experience with consulting methodologies and frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial and Project Management Experience: An entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with experience in leading and executing national or international digitalization or transformation initiatives.
  • Enthusiasm for Key Topics: You are passionate about subjects such as innovation management, business models, transformation management, organizational development, process optimization, multi-channel models, data and CRM, and e-commerce.
  • Teamwork and Learning Attitude: A strong team spirit and a continuous desire to learn and grow.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills (business fluent), and proficiency in French.
  • Presentation Skills: You enjoy presenting team-developed ideas to clients, with a focus on customer-centric solutions and sound business judgement.
