My client is looking to hire a fully remote Account Executive. This position invites individuals based anywhere in Germany to become integral members of a dynamic sales team.


The Ideal Candidate:

- Enthusiasm and professionalism for real estate and sales, looking to build a long term career at a high-growth company

- 1-2 years experience in a sales role

- Exceptional communication skills are essential (German native speakers only as all your clients will be based in Germany)

- Strong level of English as this is the working language of the company

- Experience in a fully remote environment is advantageous


The Responsibilities:

- Generating your own leads

- Closing your own deals

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to signing agreements

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall team performance
