Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle IT-Spezialist*innen, die die Bundeswehr-IT aus Überzeugung in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsvorhaben weiterentwickeln und so einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit Deutschlands leisten wollen. Das Demand & Abruf Management im Account Management der BWI ist im Bereich Account Operations (AO) verortet. Es unterstützt den Auftraggeber bei der Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Anforderungen im Anforderungsmanagementprozess, initiiert und steuert vom Auftraggeber beauftragte Anforderungsberatungen und Abrufe und wirkt an der Qualifizierung von Anforderungen bis zu deren Entscheidungsreife mit. Somit bildet es die zentrale Schnittstelle zum Auftragsmanagement beim Auftraggeber im Anforderungsmanagementprozess bis zur Angebotsaufforderung. Deine Aufgaben: Unterstützung im Bereich des Abrufmanagements Verantwortlich für die richtlinienkonforme Koordinierung und Steuerung des Abrufgeschäfts vom Eingang bis zum Abschluss Reporting und Darstellung Mittelabfluss sowie Optimierung bestehender Abrufprozesse Zentrale Schnittstelle zum Auftragsmanagement des Kunden Transparente und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den übergeordneten Führungsebenen sowie den Account-Manager*innen Unterstützung der Compliance und Reporting-Fähigkeit Teilnahme an der Arbeitsgruppe Anforderungsmanagement im HFP Organisation und Durchführung aufgabenrelevanter Workshops sowie Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene 3-jährige fachbezogene Berufsausbildung und Zusatzausbildung (z. B. Fachwirt, Techniker, Meister) oder abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Hochschulstudium Etwa 5-jährige fachbezogene Berufserfahrung als Fachwirt, Techniker oder Meister (mit einschlägiger Zusatzqualifikation) oder 2-jährige fachbezogeneBerufserfahrung nach dem Studium Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement wünschenswert Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Organisation und der Abläufe bei der Bundeswehr / BAAINBw / BMVg sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im IT-Bereich Hohe Kommunikations-, Durchsetzungs- und Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Qualitäts- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Kunden Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten: Durch abwechslungsreiche und gesellschaftlich relevante Aufgaben gewährleisten wir den reibungslosen IT-Betrieb und die Digitalisierung der Bundeswehr Das Ziel eint uns.
