We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take charge of large-scale battery storage projects from planning to commissioning. If working in a mid-size company where you can really make a difference appeals, then this could be your next step…What you'll doLead and coordinate large-scale battery storage projects across Germany, guiding them from initial planning through to successful commissioning. You'll develop detailed project plans, define goals, schedules and resources, and ensure everything stays on track.Motivate and manage your project team to deliver results on time and within budget. You’ll act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and handling any challenges that come your way.Identify risks and opportunities early, developing strategies to minimise disruptions and maximise efficiency. You'll also ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, giving you a strong track record of successful, high-impact projects to showcase.What you'll needA degree in engineering (civil, industrial or similar) with several years' experience in project or construction management of large-scale energy or infrastructure projects and at least some exposure to BESS projects.Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to guide teams and make critical decisions under pressure.Fluent German (C1 level) and good English, along with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, and willingness to travel across Germany (20–50%).About the companyThe company provides professional photovoltaic and storage solutions, focusing on large-scale systems for investors and commercial clients.
