IT Project Manager – ERP, Heidelberg – €70–80kThis long-established software company has been building innovative ERP solutions for retail, wholesale, and logistics for over 40 years. Their ERP platform has tens of thousands of daily users and is developed by a highly skilled team in an R&D-driven environment.They are now looking for an IT Project Manager to join their Heidelberg team, leading ERP projects from conception through to go-live and beyond.Your tasks:Manage and implement ERP projects: planning, execution, and project controllingAnalyse user requirements and create detailed specificationsAdapt and configure ERP solutions to customer needs (experience in Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc. is useful but not essential)Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are metSupport customers with testing, documentation, change requests, and go-livesTrain and provide support to end usersYour profile:Several years’ experience as an IT Project Manager (ERP project experience a plus)Technical understanding and ability to work closely with developers and clientsSome exposure to programming (Python, JavaScript, SQL, C, etc.) helpful, but not essentialStrong communication and teamwork skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGerman language skills are essential; English is an advantageLive within a commutable distance from Heidelberg and open to some travelThe offer:Permanent contract in a stable, long-standing companyA collaborative and close-knit team (two senior colleagues retiring soon, opening opportunities for new joiners to take responsibility)€70–80k salary, plus small travel bonus for days at customer sitesProfessional development opportunities and the chance to shape ERP solutions used across EuropeThere are 4 interview slots available – apply now to avoid missing out.Keywords: IT Project Manager, ERP, Heidelberg, Software, Project Management, Python, SQL, JavaScript, Retail, Logistics, Wholesale, Change Management, PMP, Prince2, Business Informatics, IT Consulting, Implementation, Go-live
