Senior Data Protection Manager

For our Group Compliance & Data Protection departmen​t , we are looking for a Senior Data Protection Manager (f/m/d). The position is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the Head of Compliance & Data Protection.This team drives and further develops globally the areas of human rights, data protection and general compliance.Compliance is at the core of Heidelberg Materials’ corporate culture. This is reflected in our Code of Business Conduct, in our sustainability commitments or through our membership in the UN Global Compact.In your position as Senior Data Protection Manager you will lead the Group Data Protection team which is highly specialised, technically excellent and acts as the central point of contact at Group level for all data protection issues. The team supports the compliant digitization of our business and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Together you will provide profound data protection advice to the Group functions of Heidelberg Materials and the Country Data Protection Coordinators of our subsidiaries worldwide giving you valuable insights into Heidelberg Materials’ operations. You will be empowered to advance and improve our data protection management system.
