Mitarbeiter IT Support 2nd Level Onsite (m/w/d)

Become a part of one of the fastest-growing companies and provide IT support in extraordinary locations As an Onsite Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences at our Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will handle tickets and provide top-notch support, ensuring our users are always satisfied.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions with a smile.
  • Take ownership of deploying and maintaining IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
  • Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
  • Analyze and document system and application errors effectively.
Your Skills:
  • Formal training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
