Designing the Future of Fintech

We're seeking a seasoned design generalist to shape the product and brand of a leading Fintech startup from the ground up. As a Founding Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our team to build a strong design culture and drive the development of our product and brand identity.

Core Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity: Develop and maintain the entire brand identity of the company, encompassing online and offline presence, touch-points with prospective clients, and website design.
  • Product Design: Own the entire product design for our Fintech product, working closely with the engineering team to iterate and refine a best-in-class user experience.
  • Design Consistency: Create and uphold a detailed and consistent design system, facilitating rapid iterations and updates to our product while maintaining design integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Startup Experience: Proven track record of working in startup environments as a Principal Designer or Head of Design, with experience on diverse products, preferably with a B2B focus.
  • Multiple Persona Management: Experience working on complex, multi-persona products, with a strong understanding of managing and evolving design systems.
  • Design Expertise: 8-10 years of professional experience in product design, with high proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
Key Skills
  • German: Fluency in German, both verbal and written, as our primary customer base is German-speaking.
  • Design Stack: High proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • System Design: Strong experience in managing and evolving design systems.
