Aufgaben Analyse von End-to-End-Accounting-Workflows zur Identifizierung von Effizienz- und Automatisierungspotenzialen Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Accounting, Group Accounting, Tax sowie den Tech-Teams zur Entwicklung und Implementierung skalierbarer Lösungen Leitung von Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung und Systemverbesserungen innerhalb der Accounting-Funktion, einschließlich Roll-outs des zentralen ERP-Systems S/4HANA für weitere Konzerngesellschaften Verwaltung von Anbieterbeziehungen für Automatisierungstools, ERP-Systeme und verwandte Technologien Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Kontrollen, Prüfungsanforderungen und regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen bei der Umsetzung von Prozessänderungen Durchführung von Schulungen und Change-Management-Aktivitäten zur erfolgreichen Einführung neuer Tools und Prozesse Beobachtung von Branchentrends und Best Practices im Bereich Accounting-Automatisierung (z.B. RPA, KI, ERP-Optimierungen) Definition von Projektzielen, KPIs und Erfolgskennzahlen sowie Überwachung des Fortschritts und termingerechte, budgetkonforme Ergebniserbringung Profil Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement, Prozessoptimierung oder Finance-Transformation Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen und -prozessen (z.B. Kreditoren, Debitoren, Hauptbuch, Monatsabschluss, Abstimmungen) Vertrautheit mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) sowie Automatisierungstools (z.B. UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx) Ausgeprägte analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten; Fähigkeit zur Prozessmodellierung und -neugestaltung Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten, Erfahrung in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z.B.
