Exciting opportunity within a fast growing digital first management consultancy


I am currently representing a digital strategy consultancy that is continuing to grow it's presence in the German market. The organisation provides top-tier digital strategy direction to their clients, specializing in transaction advisory and digitization.


The successful Director will have a strong expertise in Commercial/Digital Due Diligence, able to define and execute commercial due diligence strategies for clients across various industries.

For this role we are looking for candidates from a strong consulting background with experience in a top tier strategy firm.


Role Expectations


  • Oversee the end-to-end process of commercial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific business challenges and objectives.
  • Evaluate potential acquisitions and investments, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.


Key Requirements


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus on commercial/digital due diligence.
  • Strong understanding of commercial due diligence processes and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex diligence projects.
  • Masters degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
