Come join.Website: https://www.carelane.io/The RoleAs Product Manager for Carelane, you’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for key applications that are transforming how the life sciences industry runs observational clinical trials. You will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that unify clinical systems, data, and processes to speed the delivery of new therapies to patients. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of an industry-leading product suite and have an impact on global health.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through development, launch, and iteration.Engage deeply with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs, gather requirements, and define a compelling product vision.Author clear and concise feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering, QA and design.Balance customer enhancement requests, new features, and strategic initiatives to deliver maximum value.Serve as the subject matter expert for our application, effectively communicating the vision, roadmap, and features to both internal and external audiences.Define and analyse key metrics to measure product success, inform data-driven decisions, and demonstrate business impact.Stay current with regulatory changes affecting the clinical operations domain.Requirements5+ years of Product Management experience and deep domain knowledge in clinical trial operations, gained from working at a pharmaceutical company, biotech, CRO, or a clinical technology provider.Deep expertise in key clinical trial technologies, especially eCOA/ePRO and eConsent.Proven track record of managing all stages of the product lifecycle and successfully launching products or features that meet customer needs.Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating effectively with engineering, QA and the customer to drive product innovation.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions.You’re a solid human being.Nice to HaveExperience in site study operationsExperience with other clinical trial management systemsFull lifecycle clinical trial management with diverse partnersFluency in German (but not required)What We OfferHighly competitive base salary and performance bonusBase Pay: 70-95KExcellent equity compensation - success is best when shared.A fantastic team.100% remote working.
