For our IT Team in Munich we are looking for a


Junior IT Site Support Specialist (m/f/x)


Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration and operation of end user’s hardware (Windows, MAC OS, printer and scanners etc)
  • Troubleshooting and processing of end user inquiries (1st, 2nd & 3rd level - also on site as part of the field service for NIO Showrooms and Office)
  • Support IT administration and IT Faculty
  • Support for end user onboarding
  • Hardware and Software assets Management
  • Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally) as required
  • Maintaining, Controlling, and deploying of IT Facilities in NIO Stores and Offices


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally at least 1 year of work experience in Client Administration (Windows, Linux and OSX)
  • Experience in structured IT Facility, server, Client and basic knowledge of networking
  • Knowledge in the installation and configuration of operating systems windows, Linux and MAC OS
  • Knowledge in the use of software distribution systems
  • Basic knowledge of homogeneous Windows networks (IP, DNS)
  • High customer and service orientation (ITIL Certification good to have)
  • Independent, structured, target-and solution-oriented working method
  • Proven organizational skills and an ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Very good verbal and visual communication skills
  • Fluent in English and work proficiency in German (B2 level above)
