Are you a skilled Key Account Manager with a passion for Industrial Automation within the IoT space?


We’re looking for a **Key Account Manager (m/f/d)** in Germany to lead customer relationships and growth across the DACH region. In this impactful role, you’ll manage high-value accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in the Industrial Automation space.


Key Responsibilities:


- Build and sustain trust-based relationships with key customers

- Understand customer needs, anticipate changes, and drive satisfaction

- Act as the main point of contact, coordinating between customers and internal teams

- Strategize on customer growth, negotiate contracts, and set performance timelines

- Present account progress, goals, and initiatives to stakeholders


Your Profile:


- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant technical field (Master’s preferred)

- 2+ years’ experience in sales within Industrial Automation networking/computing

- Fluent in German (IS A MUST) and English; additional European languages are a plus

- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

- Organized, goal-oriented, and a self-starter who can handle multiple accounts
