Ihre Aufgaben


Als Sales Manager im Bereich Water & Energy innerhalb der Consumer & Environmental Solutions Abteilung tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Wachstum und Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei. Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst ein breites Spektrum an Tätigkeiten in den Bereichen Marktentwicklung, Kundenbetreuung und Vertriebssteuerung mit Schwerpunkt in Deutschland (mit der Möglichkeit zur Expansion in die DACH-Region).


Kompetenz

  • Identifizierung neuer Marktchancen im Wasser- und Energiesektor
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden und zur Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder und Anwendungen mit dem Schwerpunkt industrielle Wasseraufbereitung

Kundenorientierung

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit
  • Förderung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Verantwortung

  • Überwachung der Vertriebsleistung, Analyse von Abweichungen und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Aktualisierung der Vertriebsaktivitäten

Teamarbeit

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen zur Lösung von Problemen und zur Verbesserung der Gesamteffizienz
  • Koordination mit den Produktionswerken zur Abstimmung der Kundenanforderungen und ggf. zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung der Produkte


Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches und / oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Vertriebserfahrung in der Wasseraufbereitung oder der chemischen Industrie
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • SFDC-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
