Our client is a key player in an internationally successful company group, with approximately employees worldwide in the Mechatronics & Electronics sector. Specializing in sophisticated products, the company is a major supplier to the automotive electronics and semiconductor industry. As part of a planned succession, we are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Director HR (m/f/d) for our client.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR decisions
  • Establish and manage a global HR management across locations
  • Continuous improvement of processes, structures, and systems
  • Enhance the IT landscape in HR
  • Lead organizational change processes
  • Ensure effective recruitment and administration of personnel
  • Enhance employee training and development programs
  • Modernize HR marketing activities
  • Manage payroll processes
  • Address employment law issues
  • Act as a central point of contact for departments, management, and candidates
Requirements
  • Inspirational leader with strong strategic vision, problem-solving skills, and high social competence
  • Degree in Business Administration with HR focus or equivalent
  • Several years of HR and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security laws
  • Global mindset with a generalist approach
  • Familiarity with modern HR management tools
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluency in English
