Manager External Communications (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen talentierten und vielseitigen Communications Manager zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Teams

Das erwartet Sie:

Hauptfokus

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien, Narrativen und Materialien in der Produktkommunikation (wissenschaftliche Daten und Neuigkeiten zu Impfstoffen und modernen Therapien), Zielgruppe: medizinisches Fachpersonal sowie in der Laienkommunikation (Disease Awareness und Therapieansätze), Zielgruppe: Patientinnen und Patienten

Weiterer Fokus

  • Externe Kommunikation für breitere Unternehmensthemen (Corporate Communications), Zielgruppe: Interessensgruppen und Persona im Gesundheitsbereich und in der breiteren Öffentlichkeit

Das beinhaltet Aufgaben wie

  • Strategisches Themenmanagement inkl. Monitoring, crossmedialer Aufbereitung und Analyse
  • Aktive und reaktive Medienarbeit inkl. Issues-Management
  • Kommunikative Beratung von Führungskräften und Vorbereitung von Interviews, Speaking Opportunities etc.
  • Crosschannel-Kampagnenmanagement und digitale Kommunikaitonsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und in cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern, Agenturen und Budgets

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Produktkommunikation im Gesundheitsbereich mit Fokus auf medizinische Zielgruppen (Rx)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Public Relations, Marketing, Medienwissenschaften, Journalistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (einschlägige Berufserfahrung)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Presse-/Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, crossmedialer Kommunikation, Social Media oder Redaktion von Vorteil
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit, die sich in diversen Teams konstruktiv und wertschätzend einbringt
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein verbindliches Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
