We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analysis

Manager to join our team in Germany. As Data Analysis Manager you will be responsible for providing data analysis support for the Head of Fulfillment and other departments.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide data analysis support for the head of Fulfillment and other leadership team;
  • Provide data for weekly and monthly business reviews, which includes business process optimization indicators, workforce performance indicators, capacity planning recommendations, etc;
  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc;
  • Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree and above in data analysis, business analysis or related field;
  • 3+ years of data analysis experiences in top E-commerce companies;
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables;
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
