Tasks
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst at CBTW, you will play a key role in interpreting data and providing valuable insights for our business decisions. If you are passionate about analyzing data, identifying patterns and deriving recommendations for action, you have come to the right place.
  • Collect, clean and analyze data from various internal and external sources
  • Identify trends, patterns and deviations in the data and derive insights
  • Creating reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate the results of data analysis
  • Creating meaningful data stories by combining data visualization, narration and analysis
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement of data quality and integrity
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of analysis methods, models and tools
qualification
  • Completed studies in computer science, statistics, mathematics, business informatics or a related discipline
  • Proven professional experience in data analysis or related fields
  • Solid knowledge of database queries and data manipulation techniques (e.g. SQL)
  • Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Cognos Analytics, SAS VA, SAP Analytics or similar platforms) and developing compelling data stories
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make technical concepts understandable to a non-technical audience
  • Team orientation and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Python or R
  • Fluent German and English
