Within our Customer Relationship Management department, we advise clients from various industries on implementing complex CRM systems. From strategic CRM consulting and process optimization to system architecture and implementation, we cover the entire value chain. In this project environment, you will assist our clients in designing, executing, and evaluating their digital marketing campaigns using solutions from the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Your Mission
- You will design, build, and implement Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in close coordination with our technical teams
- You will identify data sources and datasets to integrate for building a central customer profile
- You will analyze customer data and design personalization use cases across various marketing channels based on defined target groups and segments
- You will support clients in implementing GDPR regulations and overarching data governance in the context of personalization in marketing use cases
- You will engage in professional discussions with clients from various industries regarding customer data management, 360° customer view, and personalized experiences
Your Skillset
- Completed studies in media informatics/business informatics/digital media or a comparable education
- Several years of experience in requirements management and solution development in the areas of data-driven marketing and journey orchestration (with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform)
- Experience in the design, support, and analysis of digital analytics projects with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Experience in the design, support, and analysis of Audience Management or Customer Data Platform projects with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium CDP, or similar tools
- Good understanding of topics such as data protection, GDPR, and consent management
- Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel for client projects
