Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine sehr gut abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium (ggf. befindest du dich kurz vor dem Abschluss)
  • Du gestaltest deinen Tagesablauf selbstständig, pflichtbewusst und gehst dabei sehr sorgfältig vor
  • Du hast den Wunsch in einem zielgerichteten, beratenden Vertriebs- und Beratungsumfeld zu arbeiten und bringst großes Interesse für die Personalberatungsbranche mit
  • Deine exzellenten Deutsch- und sehr guten Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir, auf allen Ebenen sicher zu kommunizieren
  • Durch deine Ausdauer, Tatenkraft und proaktive Einstellung bildest du das Grundgerüst deines Erfolges, wir assistieren mit dem richtigen Handwerkszeug und unterstützen dich dabei

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt unser Interim-Team, indem du wichtige organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben übernimmst
  • Du hältst unserem Team von Personalberatern den Rücken frei und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, indem Du Meetings mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und Kandidaten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene vor- und nachbereitest
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Aktualisierung und Pflege von Kundendaten in der internen Datenbank
  • Du übernimmst das Active Sourcing (über LinkedIn und Xing) für priorisierte Projekte der Berater und führst erste Vorselektionen durch
  • Dank deiner Flexibilität und Wissbegierde kannst du dich schnell in neue Themen einfinden
  • Du nimmst an Terminen mit unseren Mandanten teil, um die Bedarfe bestmöglich zu verstehen und eine effiziente und zielgerichtete Suche nach geeigneten Kandidaten sicherzustellen
