Your role
You work closely with the Category and Purchasing Managers and are responsible for the end to end process of onboarding new products and brands You track order status and define action when orders are delayed You support your team with operational tasks and maintain product related data up to date (i.e. out of stocks, product visuals, etc.)You are in direct communication with our suppliers (ie. collection of needed product data) You support the creation of our weekly category and brand performance reportingsYour profile
Enrollment in business administration, economics or a similar field of studies Fluent in German and EnglishAvailability to work with us for at least one year for 20 hours per weekExperienced with MS Office or G-Suite (especially Excel)Affinity for numbers and an analytical way of thinkingAn independent, responsible way of working with a hands-on mentalityPassion for beauty, especially for the make up categoryWhat we offer you
