About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Category to join our Category & Purchasing team for the skincare category. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have the best-in-class assortment to offer to our customers in our online platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new product orders and track order status in collaboration with the Category & Purchasing Managers.
- Support the team in all areas and operational matters, including analytical preparation of product launches and forecasting.
- Communicate directly with suppliers on various matters, such as collecting product-related information.
- Maintain product-related data, including out-of-stocks, product visuals, and set connections.
- Evaluate and onboard new brands into our portfolio.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an economically oriented course of studies, such as business administration, economics, or a similar field.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the role, with a minimum commitment of one year.
- Fluent in German and excellent English language skills.
- Confident handling of MS Office or G-Suite, particularly Excel, with an affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.
- Independent, responsible work ethic and a hands-on mentality.
- Passion for the beauty industry, specifically the skincare category.
