RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you interested in working on performance management, employee development and compensation? As a SuccessFactors Specialist in our team you have the following responsibilities:

  • You manage incoming requests from Managers and HR Business Partners related to Performance Management, Employee Development, and Compensation.
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for maintaining data for our group companies in our HR System 'SuccessFactors' specifically in areas such as Performance, Employee Development, and Compensation.
  • You provide support for monthly and yearly activities such as creating reports and testing of new SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Throughout the entire year, you have the exciting opportunity to work on various global and regional projects that offer diverse challenges and rewarding experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • completed formal vocational training in Business and Commerce, or a Degree in Business, Commerce or similar relevant fields
  • professional experience within Human Resources; experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management is preferable
  • expertise in MS Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • committed team player with outstanding service mindset, passion for your area and a structured and self-driven personality
  • ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English; German is a plus
