As a Vendor Manager at Avantgarde Experts, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic vendor management plans that meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Develop and drive critical service solutions based on customer and market requirements
* Work with country-specific teams to create development plans for new product or service launches and implement project plans including new features
* Act as the Product Owner for assigned countries, including forecasting, monitoring, and implementing changes to achieve business objectives
* Develop strong partnerships with third-party companies, including SaaS and Managed Service organizations, and select and onboard vendors according to business requirements
* Be the main point of contact in case of escalations, addressing arising issues with appropriate solutions, and provide regular metric updates and progress reports

Your Qualifications

* Native proficiency in English
* Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Relevant experience in business development, vendor management, and customer success management, with a proven ability to deliver results
* Relevant experience in project management and stakeholder management
* Experience working with large datasets and complex reports, as well as developing value-add partnerships and managing third-party companies
