Von Kassel aus sind insges amt schon mehr als Loks in die Welt gezogen: am traditionsreichen Alstom-Standort Kassel spielt neben dem Neubau der Service für die bekannte Traxx-Lokomotivplattform eine zunehmend größere Rolle. Der Bereich Services unterstützt die Kunden mit flexiblen Dienstleistungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus ihrer Flotten und Anlagen, einschließlich Wartung, Modernisierung, Ersatzteile, Unfallinstandsetzung und vieles mehr. In dieser Rolle berichten Sie an Team Lead Fleet Engineering und arbeiten in einem motivierten und engagierten Team.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Definition von Programmen zur Unfallinstandsetzung von TRAXX Lokomotiven.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit RAMS/LCC der Product Engine LOC
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Instandhaltungsprogrammen und Bearbeitung von technischen Problemen im Rahmen der Instandhaltung anhand des FRACAS Prozesses
  • Kostenanalysen bzgl. Umsetzung von Design- und Instandhaltungsplanoptimierung
  • Einbeziehung von Obsoleszenz Themen bei TRAXX Fahrzeugen.
  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Instandhaltungsprogrammen nach Beendigung der Gewährleistung in Übereinstimmung mit einschlägigen Standards und Normen (z.B. DIN 27200 ff, ERA, TSI Operations, ECM)
  • Kontinuierliche Verfolgung von Softwarestatus der Fahrzeuge, bzw. Softwareänderungen, inklusive Erarbeitung von Leistungspaketen zur Nachrüstung auf Fahrzeugen älteren Baudatums
  • Abarbeitung von ECM-Weisungen der ECM 2 Funktion
  • Aktive Schnittstelle RCS, Bogies, PPC (ROQ)

  • Eine Hochschulausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen. Diese Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten können auch auf einem anderen Weg erworben werden.
  • Min. 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion.
  • Kenntnis von einer anderen AT-Division von Vorteil (Loc, RCs, PPC, etc.)
  • Erfahrung in Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnugnen von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit und Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
