As Business Excellence Leader you will apply Lean and operational excellence tools to directly impact how our market-leading Hospital Patient Monitoring Business is changing the world of healthcare systems, physicians, nursing staff and patients.
Your role
- You will work with the leadership team of a highly innovative health technology business and support the implementation of Hoshin Kanri to align our strategic goals and drive the deployment of our business strategy.
- You will apply Lean tools and methodologies in all indirect business areas to improve core processes, solve problems, and enhance business performance to accomplish our operational objectives.
- You will manage major transformation programs to deliver on strategic business priorities to create a competitive advantage, prepare the business for the future, and engrain a continuous improvement mindset at all levels of the organization.
- You are expected to be a trusted leader that is capable to coach leaders and employees in the application of continuous improvement tools, manage change across the organization, and contribute to the attainment of HPM's growth strategy.
You are the right fit if
- You've acquired 8 years of experience in deploying, training, and coaching leaders and organizations in Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies, such as Hoshin Kanri, visual management, structured problem solving, process flow and value stream mapping, voice of the customer, 6S, etc.
- You have expert data analysis, data structuring, and data visualization capabilities.
- You are a (certified) Lean Practitioner or Operational Excellence Exert with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and business transformation initiatives to deliver bottom-line results and top-line growth.
- You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, informatics, or any other relevant discipline.
- You are fluent in German and in English.
