Global Commodity Leader

At Advantest Europe GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Commodity Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading global teams and developing strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead global teams to develop and implement strategies for commodity areas
  • Drive world-class results in quality, delivery, total cost, and working capital improvements
  • Own business procurement projects to deliver bottom-line results
  • Identify and close gaps in the global supply base
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to commodity team members
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (preferable in Electronics)
  • 5+ years of demonstrated global commodity management experience in the semiconductor or related field
  • Global cross-business sourcing strategy development and deployment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, enhancing, and implementing sourcing/supply-chain-processes and tools
  • Strong communication skills down- and upstream
