DU ALS MENSCH UND WAS DU MITBRINGST
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, vorzugsweise im Konzernumfeld mit Betreuungsbereichen von mehr als 200 Mitarbeitern
  • Erfahrung in komplexen Transformationsprozessen in einer Matrixorganisation, idealerweise aus dem Industrieumfeld
  • Beratungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke, sowie die Bereitschaft zur operativen Arbeit
  • Erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit einem Betriebsrat und solide Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Umsetzungsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Anwesenheit in unserem Hauptsitz in Magdeburg (2-3 Tage die Woche)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse & gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
