Die MT.DERM GmbH ist das Unternehmen hinter den weltweiten Marktführern in den Bereichen Tattoo- und Permanent-Make-Up-Equipment. Unsere Marken Cheyenne und amiea haben die Industrie bereits vor Jahren revolutioniert und stehen auch heute noch für innovatives High-End-Equipment. Seit 2006 entwickeln und produzieren wir unsere Produkte in Berlin und liefern diese in mehr als 63 Länder weltweit.

Wir sind bereits weit gekommen und haben uns auf dem Markt fest etabliert, wollen aber noch mehr erreichen. Und dafür brauchen wir Dich

Ab sofort suchen wir, für unseren Standort in Berlin-Lichtenrade, einen Head of Development (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du definierst, pflegst, überarbeitest und verschlankst Prozesse und förderst deren Nutzung.
  • Du führst Audits (z.B. TÜV, FDA) durch und stellst sicher, dass Prozesse eingehalten werden.
  • Du bringst technisches Verständnis für unsere Produkte mit und entwickelst die Roadmap aktiv mit, wobei du eigene Ideen einbringst.
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Gate-Terminen, konsolidierst bei Bedarf Ressourcen und schaffst/allocierst Ressourcen durch Kommunikation mit Externen.
  • Du förderst Mitarbeiter durch Hinweise auf mögliche Schulungen und Besuche von Messen und Conventions.
  • Du präsentierst die Unternehmensentwicklung und stärkst die Teamzugehörigkeit durch offene Kommunikation und Teamgeist.
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung und Führungserfahrung im Engineering mit, speziell im Systemdesign, Mechanik, Konstruktion, sowie in diversen Projekten und Programmen.
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kenntnisse des relevanten Umfelds und der damit verbundenen Produkte (Feinmechanik, Mech. Engineering, Softwareentwicklung).
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen und im Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten und Kunden.
  • Du verfügst über hohe Methoden- und Umsetzungskompetenz, denkst analytisch und innovativ, sowie agil und belastbar.
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie Kompetenz im Konfliktmanagement runden dein Profil ab.

    Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und bist bereit zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland.
