YOUR TEAM:

You will be head of the Instrumentation and AR HUD department within the "Intelligent Cockpit & Body" domain. The department developes software for the AR headup display and instrument cluster services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Guide the development of Instrumentation and AR-HUD SW on a strategic and technology level
  • Develop an innovative culture within the team to continuously improve its impact and efficiency
  • Disciplinary leadership of cross functional teams _with Product Owners, Function Owners, _Software Developers, Architects and _Testers._
- _ Responsible for all platform deliveries - regarding content, quality, on-time delivery, and budget._

  • Drive the agile mindset by actively participate in agile ceremonies (e.g. PI, Retro, Standup)
  • Enable your team to achieve its goals in terms of resources, timing, budget
  • Work closely with stakeholders within CARIAD, the Volkswagen group's brands and partners

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Successfully graduaded in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar studies with at least 10+ years of
- professional experience, preferably in the development of infotainment systems, _instrument clusters or _HUDs_

  • Indepth understanding of software architectures, automotive and software technologies, tool chains and methods as well as many years of
- experience working in cross-functional, agile teams

  • Several years of experience in a leadership position including hiring and performance review of team members _(oder nur "disciplinary leadership position")_Very strong team communication and problemsolving skills accompanied by analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in Agile Development Methods (e.g. Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Handson experience with agile transformations in the automotive industry is an advantage
- _ Fluent English business communication skills, International experience is a plus_
