In größeren Entwicklungsprojekten erarbeitest du im Team und gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen IT- und Digital-Marketing-Konzepte zur Umsetzung neuer Strategien und zur Optimierung der Customer Experience. Du setzt dabei auf hochmoderne Technologien in Verbindung mit kundenorientiertem Kampagnenmanagement über alle relevanten Kanäle, angefangen von klassischen Landingpages und Email-Kommunikation für spezielle Einsatzgebiete bis hin zu personalisierten Multichannel-Kampagnen.
Du interagierst zusammen mit Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen unter Nutzung agiler Softwareentwicklungsmethoden. Hochmotiviert und gemeinsam im Team bewältigst du alle Herausforderungen und bringst unsere Lösungen erfolgreich über die Ziellinie.

Deine Mission

  • Du berätst Kund:innen bei der Konzeption, Analyse, Steuerung und Optimierung der verschiedenen Digital Marketing Kanäle
  • Du eruierst dessen Anforderungen, auf deren Basis du im Anschluss die Adobe Campaign-Lösung konfigurierst und designst
  • Bei Bedarf konzipierst, entwickelst und dokumentierst du kundenindividuelle Lösungen, erstellst Implementierungspläne und schulst die Anwender:innen auf Kund:innenseite in der bereitgestellten Kampagnenmanagement-Lösung
  • Proaktiv analysierst und behebst du auftretende Probleme bezüglich der Integration unserer Lösungen mit Drittsystemen des Kunden
  • Ggf. übernimmst du die technische Teilprojektleitung bzw. vertritst du die technische Projektleitung

Dein Skillset

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fach oder eine fundierte IT-Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Architektur von Kampagnen und der Implementierung von Adobe Campaign
  • Gute Kenntnisse in XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relationalen Datenbanken, SQL sowie der Datenintegration
  • Zertifizierung als Adobe Campaign Architect und/oder Adobe Campaign Developer (w/m/x) sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie Mobilitätsbereitschaft für Kundenprojekte
