FIELD CLINICAL SPECIALIST/FIELD TECHNICAL ENGINEER ELEKTROPHYSIOLOGIE (M/W/D) - REGION NORD/WEST

Home-Office based für den Raum Hannover

In der Rolle des Field Clinical Specialist/Field Technical Engineer Elektrophysiologie (w/m/d) übernehmen Sie die Betreuung der Kunden im medizinisch/klinischen Service in enger Abstimmung mit der regionalen Team- und Verkaufsleitung.

AUFGABEN:

  • Medizinische und technische Betreuung des Elektrophysiologie-Produktportfolios mit dem Schwerpunkt 3D-Mapping, Katheter, Schleusen, etc. zur Behandlung von Herzrhythmusstörungen
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen im Krankenhaus sowie Beratung, Begleitung und Unterstützung zu Indikation, Patienten- und Produktauswahl während dem Eingriff vor Ort
  • Zuständig für die Steigerung des Einsatzes von Abbott Produkten während einer Prozedur
  • Vorstellung von Neuprodukten von Abbott und Aufzeigen von damit einhergehenden Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
  • Initiierung von Kundentrainings und -schulungen zur Förderung des optimalen Nutzens des EnSite-Systems bei den Kunden oder in den entsprechenden Trainingszentren in Absprache mit der Trainingsabteilung
  • Initiierung von Studien gemeinsam mit Kunden und in Abstimmung mit der Studienabteilung
  • Durchführung von Troubleshooting am System, ggf. mit Unterstützung des Technikers bzw. des Supports von entsprechenden Spezialisten innerhalb des Unternehmens. Krankenhausinterne Prozesse werden von dem/der Mitarbeiter/in hierbei berücksichtigt.
  • Der/Die Mitarbeiter/in begleitet nach Maßgabe der Marketing Abteilung Marketing Kampagnen und Produkterprobungen

ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Ausbildung in einem naturwissenschaftlichen, medizinischen oder technischen Beruf, der nicht zwangsläufig eine Hochschulausbildung sein muss
  • Allgemeine medizintechnische und medizinische Sachkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft, idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Kardiologie (kein Muss)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigenmotivation, Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation sowie ein hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Ausgeglichenheit und die Fähigkeit, teamorientiert zu arbeiten, sowie uneingeschränkte, auch kurzfristige Mobilität
