This includes a mix of:
developing and continuously improving talent-, performance- and succession-related processes the (co-)responsibity for the digital implementation of the global processes on the HR platform close collaboration with various stakeholders and supporting change management in the (business) implementation hands-on support of all project related tasks, e.g.creating training material for the business, translations, HR support planning and execution of workshops or other dialogue formats creating communication plans together with the communication team supporting the HR business in its best way, a.g.
via train the trainer concept As soon as implemented you will be part of the global team to steer, monitor and continuously improve the respective processes.
This includes a mix of:
supporting efficient process handling providing guidance to various stakeholders ensuring reporting and preparing management updatesYour profileMaster's degree and relevant professional relevant professional experience with a focus on human resources, ideally with international experience Proven experience in the creation of business-oriented, global processes and relevant experience in their digital implementation in complex / matrix setups Proven experience in steering, monitoring and improving processes in a global matrix environment Strong competency in independently leading projects, including navigating complex stakeholder maps and change management.
Passionate team-player, with strong analytical skills combined with a can-do mentality as well as assertiveness and pragmatism (hands-on mentality) Proven experience with Talent & Performance processes (preferably within Workday)Experience within a corporate organization with different stakeholdersBusiness fluent English, both written and spokenSimilar Jobs (5)
