How to contribute to our vision
For our Business Unit Service, we are looking for a Service Technician (f/m/x) for Troubleshooting and Maintenance activities.
These are your main functions:
You will start as a Maintenance Technician/TroubleshooterStatus and risk reporting to all relevant stakeholdersPerform scheduled service (500-Hrs, Annual, etc.) procedures on offshore wind turbines without supervisionIdentify and troubleshot common, re occurring and major component faults on electrical and mechanical systems of the offshore turbine where duly trained/certifiedProvide on-job qualification training, evaluating competency and quality for troubleshooting procedures of individuals assigned to themPerform unscheduled maintenance jobsDevelop advanced troubleshooting knowledge and skills on site with competent individualsLead small teams; Accountable for the safety, competency and productivity of Trainees, Maintenance technicians and Contractors assigned to them for maintenance and troubleshooting activitiesKeep records, maintain documentation and report technical, safety issues and difficulties to the relevant individuals on site/back officeMaintain and follow safety procedures as required by company policyParticipation in call arrangements for remote assistance
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
You are presently working as a Maintenance Technician / Troubleshooter or you have a proven track record of stable experience as suchYou gained a sound working experience within the wind-industry; in the best case in the offshore
environment covering all aspects of the commissioning phase and service activitiesYou have experience in commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance works on DD platformYou are willing and able to work offshore in shift patternsYou are willing to take Helicopter training and be willing to fly to WTGs if not alreadyYou have the ability to manage administrative tasks in a structural and self-dependent mannerYou like to work in multinational teams by bringing strong intercultural skills alongYou are able to communicate (speaking and writing) in English
