Deine Tätigkeiten
- Koordination und Steuerung der Digitalisierung sämtlicher Joiner-, Mover- und Leaver-Prozesse mit Fokus auf User Experience für den gesamten internationalen RWE-Konzern
- Verantwortung für das Produkt-Backlog und Priorisierung der HR-Prozesse
- Ansprechperson für OpCo HR, HR Shared Service Center und Gremien sowie Koordination prozessspezifischer HR-Fachgruppen
- Abnahmen und Freigaben für System- und Prozessanpassungen sowie Konzeption und Koordination von System- und User-Accceptance-Tests
- Fachliche Projektleitung für IT-bezogene Entwicklungen im HR-Bereich und Sicherstellung der effektiven Umsetzung
- Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Innovationen zur technologischen Unterstützung der HR-Strategie
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Team
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Anwendung agiler Arbeitsmethoden Verhandlungssicheres Englisch Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen mit strategischem Einsatz von Technologien
- Eigenverantwortliche, proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Team
