DER AUFGABENBEREICH
Fachaufgaben: Seminarleitung im Studio, Partnersalons, und externen Locations
- Fachliche und argumentative Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Moderation von allen Seminaren (Entdecken, Basis, Aufbau, Expert) Veranstaltungen, Events und digitalen Formaten mit Hilfe verschiedener Präsentationsmittel und unter Berücksichtigung der Trainerleitfäden
- Gestaltung des Trainingsablaufes im vorgegebenen Rahmen
- Anleitung von Kundengruppen während der Seminare
- Detailabsprache mit den Partnersalons, Freelancern, Vertrieb
- Nachbereitung des Seminars (Feedback, soziale Medien und Rückmeldung an Sales)

- Vorbereitung des Saloneinsatzes beim Kunden entsprechend der vom Kunden definierten Anforderung im Rahmen des vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens, fokussiert auf Initiativen Masterplan zur Unterstützung des Distributionsaufbaus
- Einschulung von Neukunden in Produkt- & Anwendungsknowhow und Markenphilosophie
- Eigenständige Durchführung von In Salon Trainings zu Produkten, Techniken, Services und Beratung und Salonentwicklung (Abläufe, Dienstleistungen, soziale Medien)
- Sicherstellung der Vor- und Nacharbeit durch eEducation

- Neukundenerkennung, Neukundenkontakte und gemeinsame Termine mit Sales zur Neukundengewinnung
