Fachpraktikum/Werkstudententätigkeit Sustainability Strategy & Management, ESG (m/w/d)
SIE HANDELN

  • Sie unterstützen bei der gruppenweiten Unternehmensentwicklung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
  • Sie unterstützen die Entwicklung, Konzeption und Implementierung von Strategien, Richtlinien und Maßnahmen zum Management von Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten in der SMS group GmbH
  • Sie begleiten uns bei Workshops und Projektmeetings und bereiten diese gemeinsam mit uns vor
  • Sie unterstützen den Aufbau eines ganzheitlichen Nachhaltigkeitsreportings
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Aufgabenpakete und bearbeiten diese selbständig
  • Sie unterstützen die divisionale Zusammenarbeit zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und das Projektmanagement dieser gruppenweiten Unternehmensentwicklungsprozesse im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
  • Sie erhalten regelmäßig Feedback, um gemeinsam an Ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung zu arbeiten
  • Sie erstellen Präsentationen und Dokumente für unsere internationalen Kunden in deutscher und englischer Sprache

    SIE WISSEN
    • Sie verfügen über ein fortgeschrittenes Bachelorstudium oder sind Masterstudent*in mit Schwerpunkt Volkswirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Umwelt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
    • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägtes Interesse am Thema Nachhaltigkeit
    • Sie haben sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und technisches Verständnis
    • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Wort und Schrift) in Englisch und Deutsch und besitzen gute Kenntnisse von IT-Standardanwendungen, insb. MS Office
    • Sie bringen eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise, die Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen Arbeiten sowie Freude an der Arbeit in einem agilen Umfeld mit
    • Ihre erste Arbeitserfahrung / Praktika und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
