Business Development Manager Energy Systems / Key-Account-Manager Energietechnik (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung

Ihre Aufgaben:

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Als Mitglied einer weltweit führenden Organisation unterstützen Sie Ihr regionales Führungsteam bei Strategie- und Entscheidungsfindungen und nehmen so maßgeblichen Einfluss auf die Energiewende und Energiewirtschaft von morgen
  • Sie analysieren dabei aktuelle Trends am Energiemarkt und definieren Ihre Schlüsselkunden für Ihr Geschäftsfeld
  • Von der Auftragsakquisition über die Projektabwicklung nehmen Sie unmittelbaren Einfluss auf die Vertragsgestaltung, Ressourcenplanung und die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden, um so optimale Kundenerlebnisse und eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu realisieren
  • Die aktive Erweiterung Ihres relevanten internen und externen Netzwerks hat für Sie dabei einen entsprechend hohen Stellenwert

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung, vorzugsweise in Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Industrie, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Außergewöhnliches kommerzielles Bewusstsein, gutes Verständnis der Markttreiber und -herausforderungen und Marktvorausschau
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis der regulatorischen, politischen und wettbewerblichen Landschaft in Deutschland und dem europäischen Energiesystem
  • Starke Erfahrung mit Offshore-Windprojekten und der Integration erneuerbarer Energiesysteme in das Übertragungsnetz (z. B. HGÜ, Konverterstationen, Interkonnektoren, Onshore- und Offshore-Verkabelung)
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Geschäftsentwicklung im Energiesektor sowie Aufbau stabiler Beziehungen zu Kunden
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen in Deutschland
