DEIN AUFGABENFELD
Koordination der IT-Stellen für Kunden, Fachbereiche und externe Dienstleister von Dataport
Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Durchführung von IT-Rolloutmaßnahmen
Nutzung bestehender Prozesse und Tools, Mitwirkung bei deren Optimierung
Kalkulation interner und externer Aufwände zur Angebotserstellung
Beratung der Kunden zu vereinbarten SLAs
Eigenständige und teamabgestimmte Projektarbeit

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang in der Anwendung der MS Office Produkte
Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet des Projektmanagements sowie der Koordinierung von IT-Projekten
Wünschenswert sind erste Erfahrungen mit ITSM und SAP
Ein Gespür fürs eigenständige Arbeiten sowie der Fähigkeit zielorientiert im Team interagieren zu können
