(Senior) Client Manager – New Business (w/m/d) – für unseren Standort rund um Hamburg

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Du identifizierst und baust neue Kunden für NTT auf und entwickelst bestehende weiter.
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer kontinuierlich wachsenden und substanziellen Vertriebspipeline.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichsten internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen.
  • Durch den gezielten Einsatz unserer Innovationen erschließt Du profitable Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und entwickelst zusammen mit dem Kunden und den internen Fachteams einzigartige Lösungen, die Mehrwerte und Entlastung für unsere Kunden schaffen. Dabei greifst Du auf Dein umfassendes Know-How und Vertriebsgeschick zurück.
  • Du bist der quirlige Gamechanger: mit-verantwortlich für Ausbau der Kundenzufriedenheit und Kundenbindung.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast nach Deiner (Hochschul-)Ausbildung fundierte Erfahrungen in der IT-Branche gesammelt und bringst Kenntnisse in Kundenakquise, in strategischer Kundenbetreuung und Geschäftsentwicklung mit. Dabei bringst Du mit Deinem jungen und frischen Denken Mehrwerte ein.
  • Kreative Lösungsansätze, unternehmerisches Denken und BIG-Deals sind Deine Stärken.
  • Neukundengewinnung und -ausbau sowie nachweisliche Abschlussstärke sind Deine Talente.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Absicherung von komplexen Opportunities.
  • Du kennst Dich mit den Technologiefeldern Networking, Security, Managed Services, Digital Workspace oder Datacenter gut aus, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und bist abschlussfokussiert und gehst sicher mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und Kalkulationen um.
  • must have: Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gutes Englisch.
