Einleitung

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment platform in Europe that makes investing easy and affordable for everyone. Clients of the Scalable Broker can trade 8,000 stocks, 2,500 ETFs, and 3,500 funds and other exchange traded products to build their portfolios, earn interest on their cash balance and take secured loans. People can also have their investments professionally managed via the digital wealth management service. More than one million clients already use the services.

Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and is active in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. The investment firm, which is supervised by BaFin and the Bundesbank, has more than 20 billion euros on its platform. In addition to its business for private clients, the company operates B2B solutions. Its long-standing partners include ING, Barclays Bank in the UK, the robo-advisor Oskar, and the Santander Group in Spain. Scalable Capital employs more than 500 people at its offices in Munich, Berlin, and London. Together with the founding and management team around Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they strive to empower everyone to become an investor.

Job Description
  • You actively contribute to the development of the different CRM channels at Scalable Capital with the purpose of customer acquisition, retention and reactivation
  • You conceptualise, implement and analyse CRM campaigns and journeys across all countries and products
  • You define and run tests across different CRM channels and proactively analyse the results to optimise their performance
  • You automate CRM workflows with your profound knowledge of HTML and SQL, ideally also AMPScript
  • You work across different teams to deliver relevant content to customers
  • You show an analytical mindset and are not afraid to work with large data sets
  • You measure and report on email- and app push notification performance to deduct channel optimisations
Qualifications
  • You are experienced in Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • You have profound HTML and SQL skills, AMPScript is a plus
  • You have demonstrated experience in working in a collaborative environment across teams
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and ability to find pragmatic solutions for complex problems
  • You have a high affinity for data and ability to deduct actions for CRM from relevant business trends
  • You have at least two to three years of multi-channel CRM-Marketing experience
  • Previous start up experience is a strong plus
  • You have professional proficiency (C1) in German and English
